Good basic room.....
Third floor room, no elevators. Not bad walking steps to the room. Room was basic and cleanand what we expected for the price paid. Nice location near many attractions.Many restaurants close by and within short driving distance. Convenient parking.

The lower level has a moisture problem. Molding was peeled away in the bathroom exposing moldy walls and base board. The stay was inexpensive, but potential a health hazard to stay multiple nights.

Right on Mile rd making it easy to get to the beach. We’ve stayed here 3 times. There use to be laundry facilities but I couldn’t find them this time. There is a 24hr laundermat right before hannafords on rt 1. Room was clean but damp our dry clothes would feel damp after being in there. So maybe leave them in your luggage to avoid that. Place was suitable for 2 adults 2 kids. No complaints

The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The soundproofing worked well. It was quite close to the beach, and there were good places to eat nearby. There was also a good amount of parking spaces. The only disappointments were when we checked in and checked out--both of the staff at the front desk were confused about our reservation, so it took longer than it should have for us to check in and check out.

Great location. 4 people in our reservation but needed to ask for more than 2 towels. Room was very damp. Could see where you walked on the floors. Bathroom floor was wet before any showers were taken. Missing the floor boards on the bathroom so assumed water issues. Upon checking out was argued with when asked how our stay was.

Quite satisfied
It was in a very central location for my needs. The only thing I would have liked would have been a handicapped toilet. If they could have had the higher stools it would have been better. Other than that I was very satisfied.
