We purchased this home in November of 2023 and live in it 7 or so months of the year and rent from mid-May through mid-October. Our home is on a quiet street about a mile from the ocean (as the gulls fly). Our patio and yard are a private, peaceful, fenced-in garden setting where you can always hear birds and sometimes hear the ocean. There is a small stream behind our home that leads to a pond down the street. The property is on a street directly off of Rte. 1, close to everything in Wells, and a great central location halfway between nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.

Each of the three bedrooms has a full bathroom to go with it. The family living area is perfect for relaxing or watching tv on a 65 inch tv. The living and dining space are an open concept to the kitchen and to the patio through large french doors that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen is updated with freshly painted cabinets, brand new appliances, and beautiful quartz countertops and is equipped with all of the cooking tools you'll need. The patio just outside the living room has a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs and wood and propane options, a 3-burner Weber grill, and an outside table with seating for 8.

As dog owners ourselves, we are a dog-friendly (2 dog limit) rental with a fenced-in yard. Everything in the yard is available for your use--outdoor table and chairs, fire pit, Weber grill, raised garden beds with herbs and vegetables (in season). We also provide 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels as well as bed linens and bath towels.

Shore to Please is in a convenient location in the center of Wells, and equidistant from Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The property is about a 5-minute drive to Wells Beach and Drakes Island Beach parking. It is also 5 miles to Ogunquit Village and Beach and to Kennebunkport in the other direction. Within Wells, Hobbs Harborside, The Steakhouse, Billy's Chowder House. Congdon's Doughnuts, Mike's Clam Shack, Maine Diner, Batson River Fish Camp, Seacoast Pizza, Litchfield's, The Bitter End, and Feile Irish Pub are all 5 minutes or less away. Hannaford and CVS are 1 mile away.
