Central to Drakes Island Foot Bridge Beach and N-Ogunquit Beach. Beach cart and beach chairs provided. Big full Kitchen, Master bedroom with King size bed, second bedroom has Bunk beds one full size mattress and two twin size mattress's , spacious kitchen and bath. 55” tv with cable & WIFI, Washer and dryer for your convenience. Condo was just freshly painted along with child proof outlets. Walk up to the beautiful heated salt water pool, or workout at the clubhouse. Keurig provided, with complimentary k-cups for your vacation stay. Outdoor grill provided.

Trolley stop out front on main road. Take it to the beach or down to the Town Of Ogunquit. Visit Perkins Cove, and the marginal way for a stroll. Kennebunkport only 10 minutes away! The Bush Compound is always a must see in Southern Maine.

No Hot Tub!!!
The stay was alright in retrospect, but we were pretty salty about the posting saying there is a hot tub when there hasn’t been one there in 5 years. Also the pool was supposed to be heated but that too didn’t work. Please amend the amenities section of this listing as I made my choice based on false info.

Nice place in Wells
This condo is conveniently located with a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants within walking distance. We had a nice visit, and this was a comfortable place to stay. it is within a short drive or a walk to the beach. The condo was mostly clean and in good repair. The glass top range had not been cleaned recently. Burners had built-up dirt around the edges and the surface of one burner appeared to be badly damaged. The appliances all showed stains, and the dishwasher was not functional and was not anchored to the countertop. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Basic supplies were lacking, i.e. there was only a partial roll of toilet paper; a partial roll of paper towels; no tissues; dish towels, kitchen sponges, dishrags, extra kitchen trash bags, or kitchen stove top cleaner were provided. While we expect to purchase/replenish some supplies when renting a condo for a week, we had to purchase all of these the day we arrived. The washer/dryer worked well and were an incredible convenience that we have not had in many places we have rented. The heating system was efficient and worked well to provide heat, but it was noisy in some rooms. The living room was comfortable and the electric fireplace was cozy. There were no small tables or a coffee table on which to safely place drinks and other items. Overall, it was a convenient location and a comfortable place to stay. We would recommend it to others and rent again.

Location, Location!
This property was ideal for our family all around. It’s proximity to restaurants, Wells Beach, and nearby sights was perfect. The extra amenities like outdoor pool and clubhouse were also a valued part of our vacation. The home itself was quite comfortable for our family of three!

Great weekend getaway
Came with my husband for a long weekend. The place is so clean and adorably decorated! The clubhouse was wonderful (ping pong, air hockey, and comfy couches). We had the clubhouse and pool to ourselves multiple times. This property is the perfect location for everything in Wells!

Long weekend getaway
Spent a long weekend in Wells and this condo was in a great location for our short visit. Walking distance or a short drive (a few minutes) to everything we did. Beach during the day and pool pretty much to ourselves in the evenings. The condo was comfortable for our party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Jenn and Mike were very organized for check-in and check-out and things to do/places to eat during our stay. We'd book again for another long weekend for sure!

Perfect!
This property was clean and quaint! It perfectly fit us and out two adult children. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with when a question arose. We shopped several times at the Walgreens just steps away and enjoyed the many and varied restaurants nearby. The beaches were a short drive away and we loved our beach days. I highly recommend Mike and Jenn’s property for your stay with family and friends!

Great family sized condo
This property was perfect for our little family of 4! Originally booked for July 2020, but COVID forced us to postpone a year. The owners were very responsive from the get-go, answering any questions we had, and check in was a super easy process. Access to a washer and dryer right in the unit was a blessing, especially with a toddler and baby! Beds were very comfortable, and the AC's quickly cooled the unit after returning from a day out in the hot sun. The location can't be beat. Conveniently right off the main road, and centrally located to everything! There is slight traffic noise as to be expected being so close to the main road, but really only noticeable when a loud motorcycle or emergency vehicle goes by. Upon arrival I was a little worried about potential noise from neighbors, the unit upstairs, and the nearby campground but we literally had ZERO issues. Not a sound or disturbance at all, it was great. We loved our Wells vacation!

This was the perfect place for our family to relax when we weren’t on the go. It was clean, quiet with all the amenities and enough space for us to spread out. The pool was a huge hit with our two boys!

The air conditioning in the master bedroom smells musty. The washing machine has mold in it, there are ants, when the camp ground in the back of the condo burns a fire, the smell comes into the condo through the air conditioning system. The floors were very dirty when we got there.
