I loved the location with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful with all my questions. The room was comfortable and always clean - the room attendants did a fantastic job. The only issue in the area is the availability and cost of parking. Not very handy if you are mobility impaired. But that was the only issue.

Good stay here and it's in the middle of a huge array of eating options. The room was fine and good sized too. Only negative was the breakfast. Although free, there was a very limited amount of choice ( mainly just toast and hot drinks)

Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Very clean & quiet, friendly and helpful desk-staff. We were able to keep bags here before and after check in/out time. Complimentary breakfast was perfect, lots of options to please most & T2 tea/ Nespresso coffee available all day. Only suggestion was clarification around 'Happy Hour' - which drinks were discounted and which were full-price.

Was a great stay the only thing I would say is that the rooms were very clean in visible areas but terribly dusty behind the bed against the wall with the window. I don’t think the room had been deep cleaned in a while Otherwise it was great

Almost perfect
No bureau. The staff was excellent, the morning breakfast stocked with quality yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc.. However, our king studio lacked a bureau, so I had to live out of my suitcase for 4 days. It was on the floor because my partner used the luggage rack to open his on (my knees are more flexible). When I asked for a second luggage stand after a couple of days (on me, because I didn’t think to do so earlier) it appeared in our room the next day. The washer/dryer worked well; the kitchen was nice. But no bureau for a king studio. Odd.
