The space
3 level townhouse, with private gated access. 4 bedrooms all with queen beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 shared ensuite). Washing machine in main bathroom, open plan kitchen with basic cooking amenities, electric stove and oven, fridge freezer, open living with dining, free parking for drop offs, coupon parking all around the premises ($18 per day), paid car park behind the building), 25 meters away from Courtenay Place CBD, 7min walk to Oriental Parade, New World supermarket around the corner, pretty much anything in CBD is within walking distance!

Guest will need to access through a security gate off the main street, then walk down short alley to access the unit at the back.

Please note the roof is currently being repaired and it is strictly prohibited to access the roof top from balcony, as it is currently a construction site. Note that no construction is carried out during stays so no issues with noise.

Great location
Enjoyed our stay. Was enough room for 9 of us as we were only there at night and early mornings. Bit tight with bathrooms. A separate toilet would have been good with so many of us. Such an easy location. Just parked the cars for free in the street and walked everyone over the weekend.

Was a great set up for our group of 4 adults. We got a room each, and was affordable to share the cost between the 4 of us. Just across the road from Courtney Place and right amongst restaurants. Walkable to many places. Only dowside to me was the noise at night and early in the mornings being surrounded by restaurants and inner city noises which disrupted my sleep. But this may jot be an issue for you if you are a good sleeper.
