Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 1st room was dark, stunk & mouldy curtains and litter left under the bed - moved to 2nd room - bed was not made under cover was ripped and the mattress covered in stains - absolutely yuk. Moved to third room stank as well - mouldy curtains and the toilet was broken - had to use the bucket from the bathroom trash to use the toilet. Badly needed a plumber. Not to mention the stained ceiling tiles - torn wallpaper etc. would not advise to stay.

Beds were super comfortable. Room clean and tidy. Yes it’s an older building with furnishings to match but we had the best sleep after a long drive and for the price we paid at a time where Wellington had influx of crowds we couldn’t be more grateful. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Free airport pickup and close proximity to the airport is good. Close to food and supermarkets. Tired damaged room, 600 block. Many portions of the hotel showing age, paint issues. Noisy in high winds, banging door and airplane noise.

Older style hotel but modernised rooms, loved the black out curtains, comfortable proper queen bed, room service dinner cooked to perfecton. Only let down, was looking forward to a strong hot shower - but found low pressure/very fine spray, with hot / cold tap balancing act.

Great airport shuttle service, lovely helpful staff who let us check in early. The room had everything we needed and was clean. A bit of noise very now and again from people walking up the stairs next to where our room was, but that was the only slight negative and didn't worry us. Really happy with our stay, thanks!
