Very nice! If you happen to travel in warmer weather, this hotel did not have AC. That's probably common. But except for that ,- great stop. Nice, straight drive into Hafencity!

Oppusset og koselig.
Veldig greit hotell, med et minus som jeg kommer til senere. Rett ved en bilutleie som kanskje ikke gir det beste inntrykket, men så fort vi kom inn var det tydelig at de hadde oppgradert og gjort det svært hyggelig. Store rom og fint spiseområde til frokost. Ellers rent og ok komfort. Minus var stadig risting fra t-bane eller tog eller noe. Så sover du lett ville jeg funnet en annen plass. Vi sov greit.

You feel at home in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Decent breakfast and free parking. If I only can suggest one improvement is to include hair shampoo in bathrooms.

Good stop over.
Clean and basic accomodation plus breakfast, perfect for a 1 night. My room was facing the road so the traffic was loud with the window open, quieter with the window closed but a bit warm on a warm summer night. Staff and service was friendly and Good, would stay there again.

Für ein Hamburg Wochenende perfekt geeignet. In der Umgebung liegen Bushalte(189)- oder SBahn(S1)- stelle um direkt Hamburg und Umgebung zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war mit Frühstück - großzügig geschnitten, Preis Leistung super, FS als Buffet. Personal aufmerksam und nett. Wir würden wieder dort buchen, vielen Dank. Für uns nicht weiter schlimm, sollte aber erwähnt werden. Zimmerservice alle 2 Tage und die angesprochene S-Bahn fährt direkt hinter dem Hotel.

Warum man ein Hotel 5 Meter neben einer Bahnstrecke baut, wird mir unbegreiflich bleiben. Die Fenster sind mehrfach verglast, aber trotzdem hört man natürlich die Züge. Ein schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist jedenfalls undenkbar. Dementsprechend stickig ist natürlich die Luft morgens. Wir haben zwei Nächte gebucht, eine Zimmerreinigung fand währendessen nicht statt. Da das Bad nicht richtig belüftet war, waren die Handtücher am zweiten Tag dann noch klamm. Das Haus hat keinen Charme, all die kleinen Dinge, mit denen man den Gast gewinnen kann, ließ man aus. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, geht aber deutlich besser. Leider nur Filterkaffee.
