Stay connected with the free WiFi or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. When it's time to refresh, you'll find two bathrooms stocked with towels and basic soaps, as well as a hair dryer and iron.

HOUSE RULES-
1- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO WEED, NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS. These non-negotiable rules, if broken, could result in eviction and a fine of at least $350, depending on cleaning and damage.
2- Quiet residential neighborhood. No Excessive Noise or Music.
3- No street parking or blocking driveways. Large moving trailers or RVs aren’t allowed. Only smaller SUVs can park in the garage.
4- No self-tanning, glitter, or hair dye may be used in the home. Stained or damaged shower, towels, linens, or furniture will be charged based on the replacement cost.
5- No Pets on Beds/Furniture. Min $100 or more for cleanup or replacement fee of the damaged item. Please pick up after your pets, Poo Pick up is $25 per stay.
6- We regularly spray for bugs and insects, and the place is professionally cleaned after each stay. However, being near nature, there’s a chance of seeing bugs or wildlife inside or outside the home. If you’re uncomfortable with this, please don’t book this property.
7- We provide starter kits of essential consumables like coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, laundry detergent, dish pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. For longer stays, you may bring your own.
