When I got there the computers were down and they couldn’t get me a card.They dad to let me in several times. I wanted to watch the World Series but the TV wasn’t working also. They finally got me a key later on but the damage was done. The receptionist offered me $20 which was in my opinion too low but the Manager said no and offered 1,000 Marriot points which I don’t have an account and you can’t do anything with so little points.

The hotel was dirty and broken down. The coolers were empty so we weren’t able to buy drinks or anything. There was something spilled down the side of the nightstand in our room and the beds looked slept in. Very disappointing and confusing considering the reviews on the website. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This was actually our second visit to this hotel, it’s very clean and comfortable. They are very gracious to the softball families. There was only one working elevator which slowed things down but the staff and amenities were great

Could not adjust air conditioner so it would turn off and on in the night. And it got hot in our room. Tried to use the coffee make provided and it did not work. The fridge didn’t work either.

Pool closed entire time , water pressure over tan shower , paid for a tub did not get a tub, hot rooms air conditioning worked poorly , staff not welcoming , rooms not that clean and remote to tv did not work . door to bathroom would not shut, entry door had to be pushed closed. pool area landscaping was not done ever, carpet in stairwell and hallway wore out with holes in it. one elevator did not work ice machine did not work. very disappointed in overall condition of motel. we stayed there before and it was really nice

It was clean that’s about all I can say. They charged expensively for everything. No breakfast included, no hot tub… the hallways were hottt and musty smelling.

The bathroom shower did not appear to have a good cleaning and the towels had stains. The air conditioning in the room worked fine, but apparently was out in the hallway on some floors, so waiting in the hallway and the elevator in Texas summer heat was not good!
