Staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole facility was clean. The room was spacious and clean as well. The ac worked wonderful as it was a little stuffy when we first entered the room but within about 10-15 minutes of the ac running it was just fine. The bed was comfortable but a little too firm for me. It was not hard I just like a pretty soft bed pans this one was I would say a similar mattress.

The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. We were able to bring our little doggie with us. Breakfast was a nice hotel breakfast. The shower and around the toilet was in need of cleaning and new silicone as it was moldy so that was disappointing. Room and hotel was clean though.

The first room smelled very moldy. Talked to manager and moved us. Room still smelled but not moldy smell. Both rooms had really bad water stained curtains. Management was extremely helpful. Food service was good.

The check in process was timely and the receptionist was friendly. The rooms had an odd stintch to it and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The water pressure in the bathroom was low and the facuet was loose from the wall, there were also no wash clothes in the bathroom. The beds were decent to sleep on, the tv worked fine, and the heater heated the room nicely. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good stay.

We checked in after midnight and they said they held the room till 2am and then we checked out at 8am. The breakfast was very limited but it was okay. I had to go down the hall to the big ice machine to get ice in my 6oz cup for the breakfast. The bed was great and the TV worked. The staff ladies were so sweet.

Booked this room for a wedding, we ended up showing up a day early so had to add on a night which they were really good to work with on. My big issue is the room we had was really nasty and not clean a lot of stains on walls couch chair and microwave even had food splattered in it. A lot of dirt and debris around edges and corners really lacked a good cleaning. Our room was just a dump compared the four other rooms that were rented by family members. Maybe bad luck but just disappointing. The shower had no water flow which I understand but the ac heater unit rattled all night and day should really be repaired.

The issues we had were the bed was sinking in the middle with the springs being felt when lying down. We had 3 of the puffy comforters on it to soften it. The bathtub faucet was extremely hard to control the water temperature. I was afraid the handle would break off. The spout was very loose and the shower/tub control would not completely shut for the shower head. The bathroom lights were not bright enough. It needs a light above the mirror. It makes it difficult to put on makeup, shave and fix your hair.

Awesome place to stay
This is the first time I stay at a clean hotel, where the hospitality team has been very kind and respectful towards my children. I felt well respected rooms were clean. The breakfast was amazing. I have nothing to say about this hotel or their employees. I would definitely come back and stay here and recommend this hotel to my family.
