Great Location for Summer Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed a number of the events provided by Waterville Valley resort, we were within walking distance of the town square. We also drove to the smartsbrook trailhead and hiked to the water hole. It's a great swimming hole and not a bad hike.
The pool at the condo made for a nice dip. The condo was great for myself and my two teens. All we needed.

Enjoyable few days away
The property was very clean. Kitchen had everything one may need. Comfortable beds. The storm and front doors both need to be replaced. Both do not close correctly. Unit had no hot water in the shower. It got lukewarm. Suggest the owners install air conditioning.
