The right price for the holiday we were there. Only thing I didn't like is no cleaning person showed up, so had no clean sheets, nor towels or washcloths. We did get towels and cloths after asking for new ones. Not a big deal, but just wanted to share. Everything else was okay, the usual continental breakfast and so on.

After a long day of travel, there was no one at front desk to check me in even though 24/7 service is mentioned in property details. After spending 45 minutes on phone w Expedia without resolution, I decided to go next door to Comfort Inn.

I am very disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I encountered multiple issues that left me highly dissatisfied. Firstly, the initial room and bed were extremely uncomfortable, which made it impossible to get a good night’s rest. I was also taken aback by the lack of professionalism and warmth from your staff, who did not seem welcoming at all. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room, such as soap and shampoo, were not sufficient for three guests. When I requested an extra bed, for which I was charged $10 per day, I was shocked to receive a dirty, rusted mattress that was completely unhygienic and unsuitable for use. It was appalling to think that this bed could be offered to guests, given the potential health risks from germs and bacteria. SO I REFUSED IT. Overall, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of your hotel, and I will not be staying at Travelodge again. I hope you take these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

My wife and I did not even check i to our room because the reception was so bad. They refused also to refund our fully paid booking, desire the fact my wife had a medical reason for not bei g able to stay. So, they took our money for nothing in return. Clearly there were few people stay at the hotel. Finally, Watertown in general is a horrible place for hotel accommodation. Beware!!

As soon as you entered the premises the whole building had a terrible smell of what seemed like a combination of cigarette smoking (mind you, we opted for non-smoking room/corridor) and mildew. It was awful. That alone was enough to not opt to stay here again, especially for the price of what I would consider piss-poor conditions.
