It was just OK.
The room was OK. The furniture badly needs updating with veneer missing from the tv cabinet and the barrel chair had multiple wear spots on the arms and back. The sink wasn't in the bathroom and the tob was dingy.

The entry on the south side was dirty and outside the exterior door was unkept and there were cigarette butts all over the ground. The room was clean.
