I have made 3 night reservation. I have stayed two days and I couldn’t stay more in this hotel. I have asked to refund me one night he denied it. I have contact Expedia for refund. He said the hotel has a rules. What kind of rules to take my money that they even stays the last night and now I have to go through my bank to make dispute horrible place to stay in one never suggest it to anyone

Clean facility, in a great location. I booked based on the great reviews. Upon check-in, staff was very accommodating and gave me some tips in the area since I was traveling from out of town to secure a job locally. My room was clean, had all the necessities, and loved the multiple USB ports and additional plugs. Fridge was just a small dorm size with no freezer option, so a few of my food items spoiled but that was no deal breaker. HOWEVER, the other guests staying on my floor was having a huge "toke fest" and the overwhelming smell of skunk weed filled the elevator, hallways and creeped into my room that night. It was so bad I had to light candles and put a towel to block any airflow under the door. I was getting drug tested the next morning for my potential new job and I did not want to risk any second-hand smoke entering my room. I also needed to go to my car and get stuff but feared leaving my room to let anything waft in. This was a huge disappointment. I expect this at a party, not the hotel room I booked especially since I booked based on all the positive reviews. The next morning on the way to my appointment, the smell was gone. However, upon my return to my room an hour later, it was back in full force. I quickly packed everything up and couldn't wait to leave. I brought it up at check out and it appeared my concerns were taken very seriously. Too bad this happened, otherwise this could have been a perfect place to stay.

The hotel - outside in the back - was very noisy all night long with loud traffic noise. That was disappointing but the rest of our stay was great. Loved the breakfast also! Thank you.

This was a very very nice hotel. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and was clean & stocked well. The staff from from desk to house keeping were very helpful and considerate. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean-however hot tub could have been warmer. Thank you for making are stay nice.

Chlorine poisoning
We and 4 other guests got chlorine poisoning from the pool. Emptied out eyes burning when we entered the pool area but within 10 minutes, our 8 year old first threw up pink phlegm then it moved to full vomiting just as the front desk clerk was coming into the pool area. One of the other guests left to complain about the chlorine. The employee took my 8 year old out while I went to guide my disabled husband out. The employee told us she would call maintenance about the pool. I looked up our symptoms, chlorine poisoning. The advice wa to call poison control so I did. Be very careful using the pool at this hotel!!

I had to pay more using Expedia than I would by calling Country Inn and Suites directly. I was over charged $52.00 for my two-night stay. They said to call Expedia, and they would work something out between them. I will never use Expedia again. You charged on Dec 20, $174.65 on Dec 21, $146.73, taxes, $38.56 for a total of $359.94. Country Inn & Suites on Dec 20, $149.33 on Dec 21, $125.45, taxes, $32.97 for a total of $307.75. For a difference of $52.19.

The church bells are a pain, but the hotel is nice enough for an overnight. We like the pool and hot tub, but the room was dirty in weird ways you wouldn't expect, like the shower curtain being dirty, or a crumb on the floor.

Excellent breakfast with many great choices. This is the first hotel I’ve seen with dairy free milk and many allergy friendly breakfast options. The cooked breakfast was also tasty. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the rooms were very comfortable. The cot for baby was in good condition. Great value for money.
