Situated off the beaten path, this an ideal location for a serene getaway with excellent swimming and fishing. Enjoy picturesque sunsets and the tranquility of this calm lake from the enclosed porch or air conditioned main-floor bedroom. The lot is predominantly wooded, with a gradual slope towards the waterfront. The small sandy beach is ideal for swimming and allows for a gradual entry into the lake. There are 2 kayaks and a 13' metal rowboat for you to explore this peaceful lake. Additionally, the dock can accommodate up to a 16' boat. With Bridgton, Naples, Norway, and Oxford just 20 minutes away, and North Conway and Portland roughly 40 minutes away, you're never too far from shopping, dining, and adventure!
