We spent one night in the Arctic Rose Room/Suite. We arrived in the evening and the information about accessing the suite was taped to the door of the house, so we did not meet Carol until the next day. Access to the suite required climbing steps, so this would not be an appropriate place to stay if you have mobility issues. While the house is located on Lake Lucille, the suite does not have a lake view. I went outside in the wee hours in hopes of seeing the Northern Lights, but motion-detecting spotlights came on, so I was unable to see the night sky. There is parking at the back of the property and the landscaping is lovely. The Wi-Fi worked fine and the bed was comfortable. Carol and her daughter were wonderful hosts at breakfast in the morning and the selection was incredible, from scrambled eggs & sausage, to egg & pepper muffins, to spicy potatoes, to egg croissants, to fruit & yogurt, and absolutely delicious warm cinnamon rolls. All of Carol's guests agreed that it was the best breakfast ever, and Carol offered take-out containers to carry with us. The suite has a small refrigerator and microwave if needed, and coffee and tea were available as early as 7:30 a.m.
