Property was clean. Dislike: staff unhelpful on where we were located and how to get to attractions. Several attempts. No luck. Could not help us with a Hop OnHopOff bus map. Disappointing. Staff not knowledgeable of area. Staff also not trained well. Took our room key 🔑 when checking out. We got locked in the garage without the key. Such bad service. Why take my key….disappointing. Nice place. Not really located by any events. Long walk. No HopOn close.
