I recently stayed at the Marriott Capitol Hill, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was very knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The room was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like the well-stocked toiletries and ample charging ports. The hotel amenities, especially the rooftop lounge, was top-notch. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to key landmarks and public transportation. I had an incredible experience staying at Marriott on Capitol Hill! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities. Exactly as pictured. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the rooftop bar and gym. Although we did not get to breakfast— the staff ensured to let us know all the details to be able to enjoy it if need be. The location is also perfect— making it so easy to explore the area. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. It's the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I can’t wait to return

The rooms were small and we were put in a 2 bed instead of a king because all the king rooms face the train tracks. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel restaurant menu was underwhelming.

I asked the restaurant for some utensils for my dinner. They said they would bring them up. 30 minutes later nothing came. I called back and the guy told me to come down and get them. Just terrible customer service. Also if you stay on one side of the property, you’re going to hear trains all night. Brutal.
