So when I got to the property, the only place you could park to come and check in was a do not park sign, or go to the parking garage which was expensive, 8-24 hours was $32.00 a night, if you're a bon voyage member it was $15.00 but you shouldn't have to pay for parking, the hotel room was a basic room nothing to brag about, front desk guy was nice, the lobby was gorgeous, but I stayed at the Marriott in Crystal City and that was wayyyy better!

When we booked this hotel, we thought we would get a nice room for 3. Instead we got a room that did not have elevators for getting our luggage up and down. Bathroom was too small and overall was a bad experience. We want to get the room rate refunded.

The main lobby only had one working elevator the stairs was blocked off. Orders food in the restaurant and it was cold once we got it. It was so cheaply made. The cheesesteak was the worst. Could have had a better meal at McDonald’s The meat was nasty and that cheese they use was nacho cheese it was also cold. The hotel was nice just the food doesnt match the establishment. It could use a make over to fix the things like elevator and stairs and the food being nasty. More then like will not stay again.
