The unit is a 5-minute walk to the Ballston metro station for quick and easy access to just about anywhere in the DMV. Downtown DC/National mall, monuments & museums are easily accessible by car, metro, and bike. You'll love the combination of energetic city feel and quiet residential neighborhood.

This renovated unit has 3 king beds, a futon sofa, and a large bathroom. Each bedroom has a desk and there is a comfortable living space with a large TV for relaxation. This is the top floor unit in the building.

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• Pets are allowed
• Note: Please respect our neighbors property and DO NOT use the adjacent private driveway to turn around in order to park.
• Often times we have guests checking in on the same day that guests are checking out (same day turnover). Given that, it is unlikely that we can offer late check-outs. Guests will be charged $50/hour for every hour they request to stay to beyond the listed check out time (11:00am EST). An additional flat fee of $200 will be charged if the impending guest(s) are unable to check in on time due to late check out issues.
