This place was amazing, the apt.was great and staff were so accommodating! There was a blackout in the area on the last night there that caused problems and extra cost of my trip, but was not their fault and they tried their best.

There was nothing I didnt like. I really appreciated the young lady that worked on Saturday day!!! She was verrrry kind, efficient, but her personality was one you cant train for, her personality was impeccable with a smile. Absolutely loved my stay at Placemakr Ballston! The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the metro.
