They charge a $200/night incidental fee I wasn’t made aware of initially. Then after that hold, they proceeded to continue charging me $41-$140 nightly for incidentals again. The only redeeming quality is the staff.

Can you imagine AMAZING
First visit to a Pendry property and I am now interested in going to more properties. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything and every person was amazing! The lobby, my room, bed comfort, turndown service, hand soap, room service, the amenities, the entire hotel staff that I encountered all made my stay more enjoyable with each hour. My only recommendation is to have softer toilet tissue or at least an option to request softer tissue. Other than this the staff anticipated my every desire and did not disappoint.

Exceptional Hotel
The Pendry is now one of my favorite hotels. From the moment we pulled up to the front door the service was phenomenal. The staff welcomed us as if we were royalty. The room was everything...very spacious and modern. The shower was huge which is not always the case in hotels and oh the view of the water made it even more amazing.

Wonderful place
I rented a room with a river view. It was an amzing experience, perfect for our anniversary. The room was very clean and the view was phenomenal. I would highly recommend coming here and am wanting to check out the other Pendry locations.

Not impressed at all. Suite is very cramped, light switches are confusing, layout of room not great. No drawers at all for storage. Have to call housekeeping to get room serviced. F & B options are C level at best with most of the staff not competent or with some rude. They offer reservations through OpenTable for a 2 o’clock sitting, but when you arrive, the host is outraged that the hotel has not changed that yet. So you’re admitted and feel very unwelcome and rushed. Given a half hour to order food and drink with no service after 2:30. After being a regular guest at the Pendry Chicago, we had high expectations. Instead we were very disappointed. There’s also no Uber pickup or valet. You have to walk half a block for pickup. Definitely will not be back.
