Great place/Great host (one caveat)
This apartment is in a pretty good location near the highway and King Street Metro Station, the neighborhood is super quiet. The apartment itself is immaculate! So clean and bright and cozy! Lizzeth, the host, is great with communication and giving instructions for how to access the place and the rules of the building/apartment. She proactively provides a list of potential activities to do in the area and is very helpful and friendly. She's a wonderful host!This is a great place to stay and 100% recommended IF...you don't mind sharing the space with the host. This is more a criticism of VRBO's advertising and policy upholding. Lizzeth does state in the listing that she will be sharing the space with you. I missed reading that because VRBO's TV ads and policy page say that it does not allow shared spaces. So I didn't even think to look. Just understand that these ads are misleading and they do not follow through with this policy.So if you don't mind shared spaces, this apartment is a lovely one to share. I cannot say enough good things about how well Lizzeth handled the situation. Just don't believe the VRBO ad campaign and go in with full knowledge of the situation, and you should be happy with your stay.
