Nice Property and Location
The property was very nice and spacious. It was a newer updated property with nice ammenities. It is located in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to shopping, bars and resteraunts. Only issue was parking. While there is a private parking area it is located in a small alley and it could be difficult to park a larger vehicle. The property owner was responsive and helped with the parking issue. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying the property. Exceptionally close to food, groceries, etc. The highlight is the rooftop balcony! Beautiful views from there. Great host!

Convenient, Modern, worth all the stars!
This home was a perfect place for our family getaway. Although there is a fenced-in parking pad in the back of the house that can fit two small cars, it’s a convenient .7-mile walk to the waterfront. We found it to be an easy walk, considering that parking is at a premium in the area. The house itself is decorated in a contemporary style with attention to detail from a well-stocked kitchen to bathrooms with toiletries, to beautiful artwork throughout. Outside, the small backyard area with a picnic table was lovely, and the top floor deck was enjoyable. We enjoyed watching planes flying in and out of National Airport. Our host was responsive and checked to ensure that we had everything we needed. This was a 5-star experience!

Great stay for groups
This was the perfect space for a group of four friends attending the conference together various parts of the US. We all had our own room and bathroom, but yet common areas to enjoy our time together. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a reunion in Old Town
The house was perfect for our group of 5. It was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location close to everything we wanted in Old Town. Jordi was an excellent host!
