Nice stay, I’d choose them again.
Very nice hotel. The room was cute and clean. The front desk service at check-in and checkout was excellent. The food from the restaurant was very good as well. Even though in requested no onions on my burger and still got them and had to remove them, it was very tasty.

Just a great place to stay! the staff were kind, friendly and efficient. The room was super clean and the hotel itself was convenient to parking, restaurants and monuments/museums! There is parking across the street which is more reasonable, overnight available and 6'8" clearance! Also, eat at the Lincoln restaurant just a couple blocks away,,you will NOT be disappointed! Highly recommend Hotel Zena! We'll be back! Thank you Ezekiel and staff!

The front desk people were lovely, bed comfortable. I really didn’t appreciate however that they slapped on $70 extra in “amenities fees”” with no warning from Expedia. The breakfast options were pricey and served by lackluster folks in plastic and paper containers. Kind of noisy on my floor and I could have done without the massive rbg portrait in tampons in the restaurant. All in all I would not return.

Great location and handy for the city
Great place very handy for all the main sites with plenty of eatery places within walking distance. The bar and front desk area are a little cold but the rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. Buses to the city stop on the roundabout outside the hotel and there is a 24 hour store across the road. Just a small concern is that they take your credit card on arrival and take $500 off it straight away. When you leave they add $131.00 to your bill for services such as wi-fi and water in your room whether you ask for it or not.
