This property was not like it was shown on the expedia app.The TV didnt work..the walls had patched wallpaper on them.The shower was very noisey and the drains didnt drain properly. Very disappointed

Never again.
Room was out dated, had holes and i found a dead roach near my bed in the morning. And i over heard another guest wanting to speak to a manager because there was no heater in her room. Which would not surprise me. The pictures were definitely foolish because it was definitely not what was expected. The only thing that was decent was the breakfast. Do not waste your money here.

Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor, broken A/C & heater, water literally ran brown so I couldn’t shower or wash up without bottled water, and the neighbors partied all night and slammed their door constantly. I didn’t get any sleep. Breakfast is apparently included, but I didn’t want to eat anything from this place, just from what I’d seen in my room. Room was falling apart, and there were also dead insects inside the wall portraits. Absolutely terrible stay.

This is a neglected property with peeling paint and wallpaper, rusty metal, cracked floor tiles, moldy shower, and more. There were cut fingernails on the bathroom countertop and debris on the floor. Of course, you can only see this AFTER you check in. Once inside the room, I expressed my dissatisfaction and tried to cancel this booking and find another using a CHAT BOX on Expedia, where I was being helped by Oscar, then suddenly my part of the chat was "UNABLE TO SEND". Then I was unable to cancel the reservation with the hotel since I had already checked in. I'm to blame for not researching this hotel more carefully, but I think Expedia should share some responsibility for listing this hotel as an option for their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE. You'll regret it. We certainly did!!
