The hotel is clean, staff is very nice... I was wondering why they don't clean the rooms everyday... Not that is was a big deal but, usually if you don't need your room cleaned, you hang the do not clean room on the door!!! Plenty of restaurants close by, and the hotel breakfast was very good in the mornings..

First of all, Patricia was friendly and FAST at check-in. The lobby smelled and looked spotless. The name on his he TV screen is a wonderful personal touch. The salmon in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. The linen and towels were a spotless and stark white. The grout in the shower could use some love. Also, my view was of the air-conditioning duct work. So, I recommend asking if you get placed on the second floor. Otherwise, my selection of stars remains! Great property! Great value!

I spent $557 on two nights at this resort and their complimentary breakfast with coffee and when I arrived they then told me they needed $75 a night deposit or room that I have just spent $550 for two nights at which left me with $2 and something in my bank account and then the transportation they had available could only take me for one mile and the event I was going to was 3 mi and I needed to get over the bridge to get to the Washington DC garden that was 3 miles I missed my event and set in a hotel and went hungry because all they offered complimentary was coffee and Expedia did not mention any deposits on the hotel or anything else so it was to my surprise and the $150 was what I was going to use for taxi money to get to my event

Not a bargain
The hotel offers parking at $42/ day which is higher than other hotels in the area. Street parking, which is safe, is available for$12/ day. Also the hotel places a $300 hold on your credit card upon check in.

Great location in the middle of Crystal City with easy access to Reagan National Airport. There was some construction maintenance at the location but very quiet and comfortable.

I did not like walking into a freezing cold room. Turned off ac and three hours later still quite cold. Cool but not frigid would have been nice. The smell of cleaning substances was overwhelming and did not dissipate over the evening. The good thing was the room was immaculate

Overall great property, would stay again. My room was hot when I arrived so I was given another room since the AC wasn't working. Other than that, no complaints. Breakfast included fresh fruit and oatmeal so I could eat, but there weren't many other healthy plant based options besides that. Breakfast was mostly oil/fat heavy foods. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
