We stayed 2 nights. Hilton was outstanding; clean, friendly staff, large room. It's located in the heart of tons of restaurants and shopping so easy to walk to. It's also located above the Ballston metro station so it was super easy to get in and out of downtown DC. Definitely will stay again!

The location was perfect; you could hop on and off the metro to go into DC from right outside the front door. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping did a great job. Only complaint is the pillows they have here were not very comfortable at all due to being so thin. Bring your own pillow and you're good. Also, there is not continental breakfast offered here, but there are a variety of breakfast choices just steps outside. Overall, very nice stay and would come back again.

Issues with hotel room and safety
Someone was banging loudly in the middle of the night for a long time. Can hear next door guests and feel their movements. The tub was not draining properly, The hot water was constantly changing. The elevators did not have room key safety features as with Marriott hotels.

i had a great stay! the location is very convenient to the ballston metro and bus stops! the room was clean and amply stocked with towels, etc. the bathroom was a little small, but not too much that it took away from the experience. i would stay here again!
