Clean but uncomfortable
First the positives, the room was clean and the location was nice for going to the Commanders stadium and also wanting to be not too far from the city. For the negatives, the tv barely worked and the internet connection was awful, the beds were very hard and left me with a sore back by the morning, there was no hot water so we all took cold showers and the front desk is not helpful at all. When we checked in we were informed there were only 2 luggage caddies and other guests must be using them. There was a man sitting in the lobby with his luggage on one of the caddies and he had clearly been there a while, the front desk told us we were welcome to ask him if we could use it. There were a group of kids staying on our floor like some kind of field trip, they were playing around in our hallway at 7 am and knocking on peoples doors then running away. Lastly, the elevator door didn’t want to close all the way when we were on it one time and it seemed like it was about to get stuck so we just used the stairs the rest of our stay.

Property was located in unsafe area for walking. Sink and tub water did not drain properly. Towels were old and rough. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Distance to commanders field was 15 minute Uber ride, not bad.

The room was fine but the pillows on the bed were terrible!!! I ask the lady were the sausages pork at breakfast and she told me no I ate them and I’ve been very sick for 2 days now since my stay!! I’ve been vomiting non stop and have diarrhea and my body shut down and can’t keep any food down because I don’t eat pork!! I’m very disappointed because this never happened to me at any hotel ever!
