This beautiful Villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home is truly your home away from home. This brand-new villa is in the new Casita's at Sienna Hills Community near Zion and St. George, Utah. Enjoy two open great rooms that are perfect for entertaining while cooking with friends and family. There is plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat screens to enjoy movies or the big game.

There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance from the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator featuring two icemakers, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stovetop. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Coffee Maker, coffee grinder, teapot, crockpot, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, toaster, spices, and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. The dining table will seat 8 with additional 6 bar stools at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, and a large flat-screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a BBQ, Love seat, two deep-seated chairs, and a coffee table to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king-size bed. Two-night stands, and a dresser. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a 55 in smart flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet.

The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo.
This beautiful St. George Vacation Home also features two family rooms. The main level family room features a leather sofa, love seat, two gray arm chairs, a 55-inch TV and a coffee table.

You will also enjoy a pack n play and high chair that is located under the stairs in the closet. Also, a ping pong table located in the garage.
Second Floor

The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features a king bed, swivel chair and a 55 in TV. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The fourth master features two full over full bunks and two additional twin trundles. Also features a 40 in TV. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo.

Upstairs Family Room/Game Room

Enjoy a large comfortable sectional couch with a queen sofa sleeper, a leather chair, game table, 55-inch TV, media console, puzzles, board games

Family went to St George for a wedding. This was minutes from most of the activities and shopping areas but was very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. Great hosts! Would definitely stay again!

This location is very nice…the only inconvenience is that they do not provide any garage door remote openers…so, if you want to park your car in the garage, you must get out, unlock the front door, go into the garage, push the button, then pull into the garage…and, repeat when you leave…every time….

Spring Break in South Utah
Our group was 8 people, four children and four adults. We stayed for six days for Spring Break. Everything was wonderful and as advertised. This property is clean and spacious, the kids swam in the community pool and enjoyed it, even though the weather was unseasonably cool. Driving to Zion or Kanab is less than an hour away and did so multiple days of our trip. We were happy to see a fully furnished outdoor patio area (it is not pictured on the property listing) including a gas grill. One thing to note, while the kitchen is well appointed, there is no barware in the home and alcohol is not readily available in this part of Utah (Google "State Run Liquor Stores"). If you plan, as an adult, to drink responsibly on your vacation prepare to work a little harder for that Coke & Rum than you would in neighboring Nevada or Arizona.

We had five adults for Christmas. Each person had thier own bedroom and bath. The heated pool and spa was great after a day of hiking in Zion.

Spacious and clean. Great property! There was plenty of room and the property was extremely clean. Just about everything we needed was provided for our week stay, including plenty of soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Friends who stayed with us were extremely grateful to find a Keurig and K cups, as they had forgotten to purchase coffee. The pool and hot tub were great. The area seems to be newly developed with a hotel, gas station, couple new restaurants nearby. The location was perfect being near Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Zion national Park, which is a must see if you are in the area. Management was extremely responsive and we felt well taken care of. If we ever make it back to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Well appointed and family friendly
My family stayed in this beautiful property over my kid's fall break from school. There was plenty of space for my husband to work remotely while the kids and I played games. The heated pool was a big plus as well. It was comfortable and driving to Zion was easy. Highly recommend!

Week Exploring Utah
Great home away from home for our 2 families! We explored Kolab, Zion, Pink Coral Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow and Bryce from this location. Loved coming back to less crowds, pool, ping pong and quiet dinners in or convenience and options of St George. Group enjoyed running and biking out the back door also. All in all a great experience and highly recommend!

We only spent 2 nights to be able to explore Zion but immediately wished we were able to stay longer. We continued on to other areas/parks, but this rental remained the highlight among all of the places we stayed. Desert Serenity was a perfect set up for our group of 10 mostly adult family members Including one 2 year old. The location was close enough to grocery store, Walmart and Costco. It wa Shiite ideal for all the activities and locations we participated in/went to like, climbing hiking, water fall trails (if only we were there in April when there was water), and the Virgin River Park Falls and Trading Post. We loved our stay.
