The good: cheap, waffle maker, close to shopping. Friendly staff. Clean/ no smells. The ugly: the sink faucet is so close to the sink that it’s difficult to wash your hands without the sink being in the way. The TV is very tiny, and it hangs on a really big wall. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed a couple times a day, every day we were there. The shower head was brown tinged from water stains/ buildup.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but last night was my worst experience here. I was given a room directly above the entrance, and I could hear the door constantly opening and closing, which was very noisy. I requested to change rooms, but the receptionist informed me that she was aware of the noise issue with that room. However, she could not fulfill my request as the hotel was fully booked. If she already knew about the noise problem, she should have informed me beforehand. I am very disappointed with this stay.

Rooms and breakfast were good. stayed 3 nights, on 3rd night none of the cards worked to each of t he three rooms we had. One of the rooms they opened room, but couldn't give us a card to get in and out of room, had to go to desk again if we left room. In one room,348, couldn't turn off TV, batteries in romote coreroded, told housekeeper, batteries never changed.

I requested adjoining rooms weeks before my reservation. Upon check in was told that we were the last to come and they had not honored our wishes which separated our families. We were put on a lower floor that felt very damp and smelled of mildew. I felt gross my entire stay. Was not impressed with this property at all!
