Sitting close to Zion's National Park, nine championship-style golf courses, Sand Hollow Lake and State Park, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon State Park, you will have no shortage of outdoor adventure. Ride your mountain bike straight from the garage to the trails! Zion National Park is only 36 miles away and Sand Hollow, with its shallow, warm water for swimming, kayaking and boating is only 13 miles away. The sand dunes for ATV riding are also within 12 miles, Tuacahn is 15 miles away, and a very large selection of restaurants and shopping are all within a few miles in the Washington/St. George areas! Green Spring Golf Course and Coral Canyon Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Red Cliffs Mall and Outlets at Zion. Staheli Family Farm and Laser Mania Family Fun Center are also worth visiting.

Awesome Place
We loved staying here. Favorite part was laundry: Large washer and dryer and PLENTY OF DETERGENT! It made it everything feel cleaner knowing we had enough soap and didn't have to ration cleaning our clothes or towels plus extra. Some of the pool towels were still wet from the last cleaning but again such an easy fix since there was enough soap to clean them and use them ourselves AND clean them again! The pool very close, a tiny walk but not too near to be bothered with noise. The kids two twin bunk beds had ladders that were removable making it safe for my toddler and easy access for the 12 year old. A few minor problems but easily fixed with communication with hosts.

This property was clean and comfortable. Everything advertised was true. I also really appreciated that check in and check out were so painless. The pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels and blankets and laundry facilities with complimentary detergent

Great place! Great location.
Great rental. Needs a bit of repair work done. Dishwasher never worked. A repair person came but was unable to fix the machine. I sent several messages through the app, but never got a response regarding next steps. Extremely poor communication. Top bunk bed slats are cracked or completely broken. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

Just one issue... The rest was great
Great location, clean, fun for our family. The only issue was that someone who took care of the garbage dumpsters came and removed a broken tandem bike out of the garage at some point. We had one of our vehicles carpets hanging to dry over the bike, and whoever removed the bike also took our vehicle floor carpet. I've reached out to resolve, and haven't made any progress. It is a $200 floormat to replace, and it would have been nice to at least get some of that back from our rental since the management is the one who took our floor mat. For that reason I'm leaving a lower review.

Beautiful inside, everything pretty much brand new. Beds were awesome, comfortable. Bathrooms also awesome, beautiful. Quiet, though close to the freeway, and the pool was really close, only a few steps away. Garage was used as a front door and staging area, worked well for that, though our truck didn't quite fit, so we had to park a short distance away. Tv had lots of options for movies. Close to bike trails, though it was always uphill to get home . . . can't have everything. Pretty much perfect though, thanks much!

Convenient, fun, clean
Very much enjoyed the stay. Had everything we needed for our short get away. Beds were very firm which was nice. Liked how close we were to the pool. Had a problem with the garage code which they were responsive to right away.
