Excellent location in Nowy Swiat, a very lively area full of bars and restaurants. Luckily our room was quiet, being at the back, and double glazed. Rooms and public areas nicely decorated, good breakfast buffet. Staff were great, especially Oleksandra, who could not have been more helpful. Only negative was the air conditioning - there is no independent control in the room, so you have to call reception to turn it on or off, which is ridiculous.

2 day trip to Warsaw
Situated right in the centre near the university and the Copernicus statue, the location is really good, hotel has an art theme with old movie posters which give the place some charm. Breakfast is of a good standard with an a la carte option at the weekends. The only gripe I had were on level 3 floor, our room although was immaculate very very small. Good overall stay though.

A lovely hotel on a busy shopping and eating route. Staff very helpful and friendly. The couple of small issues we had (in room safe didn’t work and a small leak through the window) was all sorted very promptly and successfully. Fab location, fab hotel. Would definitely recommend it.
