The hotel is a nice building near the castle place. Around the area it’s a lot of construction which makes it hard to walk around. The room was impeccable. The restaurant made a very bad impression as we were told it was open until 10 and at 9:30 pm they refused to serve us and told us to eat at the bar. The bartender was not happy or helpful and when asked about the menu he didn’t know what anything was. People had to come in from outside to get drinks So service doesn’t live to the expectations of a 5 star hotel.

Let’s talk about Verte. This is a stunning property, you will be taken back to history. This place is very elegant however, two things made our stay uncomfortable 1. A horrible sewage smell out of our bathroom that unfortunately was not going away and a wedding until 4am with base just none stop. I am from Poland and I understand we have weddings to morning hours but, it was unacceptable to go through sleepless night and flying out next morning! The hotel should let all their guests know that it will be a late and noisy night. Instead offering to move me at 4am???? Unacceptable.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Verte. The room was grand and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel also had a sauna that was complimentary to use. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Warsaw

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel so good. The breakfast is amazing and on our last day they even offered to pack us a lunch bag for the airport. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!!!
