Clean and tidy, comfortable pillows and beds. The parking is tight when fully booked as it was when we stayed and is next door to a hotel which had live music on the night we stayed.

Comfort Inn Western,Warrnambool was a suitable overnight stay after a day out at Port Campbell. It was close to many dining options. Dinner was a 5 minute walk to Liebig St and breakfast was just around the corner (a one minute walk!).

There are 3 Comfort Inns in Warnambool. We went to the first two to discover they did not have our booking. the 2nd motel rang Comfort Inn Western, where again they did not have a booking under Perry. we then had to book elsewhere. Yesterday I got a call from Comfort Inn Western to see why we hadn't arrived. They had booking under Mr Andrew, which is my christian name. I know Asian people do refer to people formally by their Christian name but that is not my fault! I was told I could not get a refund. Fair to say I will not be booking any of your motels again
