Television and WIFI are subpar. Was called a liar by the girl at the counter when I said the WIFI wasn't working right. She had NO IDEA how to provide customer service or go about fixing the WIFI. Breakfast is being served in a sweatbox of a conference room with no air circulating. A very uncomfortable stay. This is undoubtably the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at.
The hotel is located in a nice area near good restaurants and convenience stores. The property features and structures are a combination of new and old, which is ok but not the best. This is my reason for the 4 stars. Overall the hotel staff were good and respectful.
There were no instructions about how to lower blinds in room. Maid in the hall showed me where controls were and how to operate. Room was noisy from people above and beside my room. Refrigerator was noisy?Linens were ample. Essentially a basic room with basic features will not chose again

I frequent this particular facility and have never had a bad experience with them. On my most recent stay i had a few problems with my room that were troubling. First night i noticed shower doors were very difficult to move and would not separate. i fixed that myself. Next night i ran out of hot water at the end of my shower and the last night my air conditioner completely quit, leaving my room much warmer than i am comfortable to sleep in
Rooms were clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Will stay the next time we’re in the area visiting our grandson.

I stayed here for 3 days but my room was never cleaned. I was told it would be cleaned every other day. Nobody cleaned it so waste baskets were over flowing on the floor. When I asked the front desk about it, they said I had the bolt locked - I did not lock the bolt lock during the day,only at night when I went to bed. The cleaners were in the hall when I left for the day - I was told they only work mornings? So the girl at the front desk gave me clean towels and toilet paper - said she would take care of my trash - nobody ever did. To make matters worse, the second night there were people in the room next to me that woke me up at midnight and at 6 a.m. When I asked the front desk about it the next day, she was very snippy to the point of being rude I felt. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I stayed here last year with no issues.
Customer service agent was not friendly, refused to accept my Hilton honors number. He did not have a name tag on to even know who I was talking to.
Once in the room I had trouble connecting to the wifi since my Hilton honors number wasn't attached to my room. Disappointed in the check in process and will look for alternate location to stay over the next few months while in town
