Perfect check in on the front desk. Very friendly staff. In the room a bottle of water, apple and free coffee maker. The restaurant good, breakfast buffet amazing. I enjoy my 1 day trip.Spa and sauna area very good.

Wish we had more time here.
We only stayed overnight and needed to leave early the next morning. Staaf suggested a breakfast bag. It was ready on time, generous portions of excellent food.

Strandhotel weekend getaway.
The place is very good for family with kids and for relaxation. If the goal is to have a relaxing weekend, this is the right place. where one can enjoy the swimming pool, the spa, and the surrounding nature. In terms of the hotel itself, it was ok the for a short period, the bed is a bit hard and the room is not that clean but if you are looking for a place to stay for short term 3 nights max, I can recommend this place. Also, the wifi is only in the foyer not in the room.

On our way to Sweden just before the Ferry .
One night only. This is a very large summer holiday place, right by the sea. Probably great if you have children. Our room was large, clean and bright with a view. Staff friendly.

Lovely Family Environment and great breakfast
We arrived at the Hotel late at night after about 35 hours travel from New Zealand right on the other side of the world. Receptionist knew we where coming, greeted us and gave us our key. Room was lovely and clean, nice comforable bed and a great shower. Over the course of our week we discovered what a wonderful Family Environment it was- Kids and activities everywhere! The ocean was but a Stones throw away and the breakfast was fantastic massive smorgasboard with everything from wurst to smoked salmon to all the cereals and fruits etc you could want Had a really good time and plan to come back next time we are in Europe. I would recommend forking out the extra 10-20 a night for an ocean view room. We didnt and it Looks like they had super views from there!

Wir waren schon öfter dort und immer gerne. Doch dieses Mal waren wir leider nicht so begeistert wie sonst. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles funktionierte reibungslos. Das Zimmer war leider nicht gut gereinigt. An der Balkontür waren überall Verschmutzungen von innen aus außen. Kinder hatten sich da wohl vorher etwas ausgetobt. In der Dusche waren Duschreste, in der Toilette fand man leider auch noch Überbleibsel. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir leider auch dass es in einem 4* Haus nur 2 lagiges Toilettenpapier gab. Am nächsten Tag waren wir um 8.00 Uhr zum Frühstück. Kein Empfang vorm Restaurant. Ok, nicht so schlimm. Wir haben 2 Stunden dort gesessen. Während dieser Zeit wurde uns kein Kaffee angeboten, nicht abgeräumt und nicht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir haben unsere Teller selber an der Servicestation abgestellt. Auch das wurde akzeptiert. Trotzdem kam nie jemand vorbei. Schade. Wirklich schade. Denn das Restaurant war wirklich nicht voll.

Het was heel veel te warm op de kamer. Met nota bene een winterdekbed … Slechts 1 raam kon open; waardoor je de op hun balkon rokende buren kon ruiken. Kamer was zéér gehorig. Ontbijt was heel erg goed. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding al met al niet ok.

Außergewöhnlich umfangreiches und vielfältiges Frühstück. Sehr schöner und großzügiger Schwimmbad- und Saunabereich. Sogar am Abreisetag nutzbar. Unser Zimmer könnte bald eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Förstår inte hur det kan vara ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Rummet saknade aircondition, balkongen väldigt smal därav svår att sitta ute på. Svårt att hitta parkering. Uteliv såsom barer saknades. Fanns (vad vi kunde hitta) en på gallerian. All information är i princip på tyska… kanske dags för tyskarna att anpassa sig till omvärlden där engelskan borde vara ett måste att kunna för att arbeta inom denna typ av service. Trots det höga priset, ingick bara inomhusbadet. Tråkig omgivning… där fanns verkligen ingenting för oss som ett par utan barn att göra. Säkerligen mer anpassat för barnfamiljer inte för en parresa. Kortfattat = väldigt tråkigt ställe!

Dåligt att det inte fanns parkeringen utanför hotellet. Dålig kommunikation från receptionen att det fanns parkering ca 500 meter bort. Serveringspersonalen är dåliga på engelska. Dock ett plus till att hotellet fixade en extra säng snabbt.
