Spinnaker Tahi is a stunning lakefront is situated close to town, with lovely lake and mountain views.

A welcoming open plan in the living area looks out to the lake. The lounge area has comfortable couches to relax on while sipping a wine in front of the gas fireplace. Enjoy plenty of space to sit around the dining table and enjoy a family meal together, or if you prefer to eat out, its location means you can walk to your favourite Wanaka restaurant within an easy 5 minute stroll.

Cross the road and you're at the marina, where you can join the lakeside path either into Wanaka or round towards Eely Point - a fantastic family sheltered swim spot.

The property has three good-sized bedrooms with brand new beds and linen. The master, which also looks out to the lake, has a king bed and its own en-suite tiled bathroom with under-tile heat & a shower. The other two bedrooms - one with a queen bed & one with a super king that can be split into a twin room - share the main bathroom, also tiled with under-tile heat.

Guests have access to the whole apartment and balcony. There is a parking space under cover at the base of the building, plus an additional park outside in the main car park.
