The Space:
This immaculately presented holiday accommodation is fresh and stylish, enjoying a private outdoor setting. The open plan kitchen/dining area is light and spacious, enjoying stunning views to Mount Roy and Mount Alpha. A separate spacious lounge features comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. A large ranch slider connects this space to a north facing patio, providing a sunny and quiet spot to relax and soak up the surroundings.

Is a great location, less than 2km from Wanaka town centre and the lake and within walking distance of Ruby's Cinema, Florence's Cafe, Lipsky and Sons Restaurant and Oakridge Resort with an onsite restaurant, gym and beauty salon available to the public. You're also close to Cardrona Valley Road, so enjoy the head start for a day up the mountain this winter.

There are two heatpumps to keep you cosy this winter - one for the bedrooms and one in the kitchen/dining area. A single garage, including the laundry, is perfect for drying ski gear and storing bikes. Off street parking available. The yard is fully fenced – great for the kids!

The master bedroom features large sliding windows which invite the outside in and luxurious ensuite with deep a bath. The second features another king bed and the third bedroom has a king single and a queen to suit the needs of your family or 3 couples. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (ensuite with deep bath)

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
