COTTAGE ON MATAI
Nestled in a tranquil location, this 2-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort & convenience. Fully equipped property boasts a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and a snug living space. The warm interior embraces you, while natural light floods through the windows.
Really comfortable and cosy two bedroom place. The shed contains a dryer and a boot dryer.
This can be locked so your ski gear is secure.
Bedroom Configuration: 2x Queen Beds

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.
We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
There is plenty of free parking on the street, but during the weekdays we leave the driveway beside it clear for the builders behind.
I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay.
Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
• $40 an hour charge if you want a Mid stay cleaning (please let us know).
• Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.
• We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you.
• All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed.
• Please remember to turn off electric blankets, lights etc when out.
• There will be an additional charge for guests staying with two or more babies. Guests will be charged an extra $25 per day for each additional baby after the first baby.
