The Space:
This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the lower level with access to a secluded patio with a stream running through the back. The outdoor area is quite sheltered and you can even hear the stream from the master bedroom.

The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern decor and furnishings.

Fully equipped kitchen, 40" flat screen, free wifi and bluetooth entertainment system. Other features include undercover car parking for one vehicle (maximum height clearance 2m), ski/snowboard DRYING ROOM and SAUNA facilities.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Very close to many things in Wanaka. Be in good shape-it helps for walking up hill and downhill. Needed a few more towels.
