We were just stopping through from Ohio to Clearwater Florida...very nice hotel. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the variety for the hot breakfast before we got on the road the next morning. If you choose to stay here you will love it!

The location is perfect to travelers, easy to get to. Front desk staff were awesome, breakfast was good. The cleanliness of our room was not good. I ended up cleaning the toilet before we used it. The space needed a good vacuum as well.

Unbeatable Desk and Kitchen staff.
The staff was fantastic. Great personalities. Great sense of humor. In a short time my wife and I got to know them and have fun. They were; Sandra and Estelle. Stacey and Mary. Terri and Jean. The scrambled eggs for some reason were much better than any other hotel we have been to. Coffee was great .Sausages were different and better than others. The kitchen staff was right on the ball. Including the young man emptying the garbage from that very clean garbage area. Truly great staff. The cleaning people on our floor were very friendly and fun. Now a sour note: The dust on TV screen and stand was deep enough to draw a very visable smile face. The couch was dark and camouflaged the slight stains pretty well. The Air conditioning unit was chipped up. The room was carpeting. I dont like that. Its a sponge for all kinds of gross stuff. The dust and the rug just kind of grossed me out. The elevator was a bit dreary and worn out. About the room; it puzzles me how management can allow that. They should watch that show regularly; Hotel Impossible. They would learn a lot. All employees in every hotel should watch it. The only thing that saves this hotel is its Kitchen and Desk staff. I will never forget them. I wish them the best. I stayed Thursday to Friday, Oct 10 and 11, 2024.
