Lounge room has large Smart television with USB port; BluRay player. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Puratap water filter, electric oven & gas cooktop; Large fridge/freezer; Saeco automatic coffee machine (guests need to bring coffee beans or purchase locally). Off-street parking for 2 cars in front of garage, with room for a boat; No guest access to garage. 10 minutes’ walk to Wallaroo township. Sorry, pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: Heading towards Wallaroo from Kadina, turn right onto Athena Drive and follow the road around, then turn right onto Spencer Highway/Alford Road). Turn left onto Pommern Way then left onto Failie Avenue; look for number 17 (on the right) with the yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
