They overbooked us and we got a much smaller room. There were working on construction of the building so there was no space to park on property. Large fans were trying to dry out moisture on the 3rd floor with some scent added to mask the smell. You could smell it through out the whole place. Elevator was slow going up and noisy.

We have stayed here before when visiting relatives. There was construction going on, new roof, pool closed as there were nails in it from the construction. It probably would have been wise to close the hotel during this work. Told me they had a water pipe break the day before. Told me to let the water run for a bit as it had been fixed, I thought they meant let the water run to get the air out of the lines. I turned on the water and started washing my hands and looked down and brown gross water was coming out on my hands. They should have been handling out bottled water. I went to ask for some and they only had 2 small bottles and charged me for them. It was hotter than hell and our ac wouldn't go below 73, if it did it got a error code. When I contacted the lady at the desk she said it's because it's so hot and it's the same in all rooms. I don't know about that but I think she just didn't want to change our room. We don't expect much, but just about everything was wrong. Kids running up and down the hallways and a dog barking all night in the room across from us. I have also stayed at the BW next door and honestly this hotel has always been better than the BW. I know this was not the normal circumstances at this facility but I can't believe I paid a dime to stay here on 8/10-8/12..

Didn’t get insurance, if I had I would’ve left as soon as I walked in lobby. 8 guests out of 4 different rooms were in lobby screaming about the backed up sewage and sewage water coming out of faucets in rooms. So you can’t take a shower or anything. They said it started in the middle of their showers or on 2nd persons shower. I had beers driving for 15 hours. I just wanted a bed. The beds were wonderful. But woke up to large water bug at door. At least it was dead

The hotel had a pipe bust and we were unable to get cleaned up before our checkout. The bath was full of hair and as it hadn’t been cleaned No extras at all - thankfully it was just to shut our eyes and rest for a few hours

ROOM WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY, FULL OF DOG HAIR. BATHROOM WAS SO DIRTY, IT LOOKED LIKE IT WASN’T CLEANED FOR OVER A YEAR. IT HAD GRIME, MOST OF THE TOWELS WERE STAINED. NEVER AGAIN I WILL STAY AT THIS LOCATION. BAD EXPERIENCE.

When I booked room I got a upgrade and hotel didn’t show it plus I was charged twice on my acct plus had construction pool was limited mold in shower and curtains had mold all over it plus looking out my window was dumpsters and the room smelled so bad. This was the worst hotel i would have not booked it . Also I have pictures of everything

The front desk night receptionist was amazing, very friendly. Great location for restaurants and stores. The parking lot was horrible, working on something that took majority of the parking lot and a lot of hotel guests had to park at the Waffle House half of the parking (which was in the same parking lot) and walk to hotel.

Checkin was fine. Friendly staff person but water was out due to a burst pipe. Room was mostly clean but the carpet may not have been that clean as our feet were dirty on the bottoms from walking barefoot. No hairdryer in the room. Shower only had shampoo, no conditioner. Breakfast was OK. Not very many choices.

First off bugs n the bathroom then the shower drain took 20 min tondrain was nasty what was coming up n the tub told front desk 3 times said would take care of that was a lie told them the light didnt work around the mirror n the bathroom they knew about it but wasnt gonna fix it then at 12am a dog barking half the night told front desk didn't do nothing bout it people yelling n running down halls all hours of the night o and the piles of dog poop outside n the pool area was disgusting definitely stay some place else n the breakfast is the same every day!!!
