Family friendly wooded retreat perfect for family gatherings, group getaways & team retreats. Central to National Harbor, DC & Old Town Alexandria. Enjoy this spacious home tucked into a peaceful wooded hillside lot. 16 miles from National Harbor & 22 miles to DC. Generous rooms, stocked cook’s kitchen, office space, family room, large dining room & coffee bar. Enjoy grilling & dining on the back decks, relaxing in the soaker tub or gaming with family or friends. Doggie door & fenced yard.

Enjoy both generously sized bedrooms and plenty of gathering spaces. The dining room easily holds large groups, there front room has a dedicated office space with a monitor to connect to for those that need to work, there is a large family room on the main level and a smaller sitting area in the basement complete with TV for those who want to watch something different (or game). We also have a game-room space for the group with board games and card games, books and some extra's for little ones.

If you are traveling with little ones, please do let us know. We have two pack-and-plays, a highchair, a booster seat, a baby bathtub, step-stools for every bathroom and extra toys all available on property to put out for those traveling with younger children.

The backyard is one of our happy places, with both upper and lower-level decks, a large gas grill, plenty of seating and extra lighting on the lower level. Deer, wild turkeys, owls, opossum and many other critters are common sightings just beyond the fence. For your furry family, there is a doggie door leading to a fully fenced backyard (with an extension that goes up to 6ft, because one of our labs was an overachiever when motivated by those deer outside the fence). The doggie door is in the exterior storm door, so easy to close off if you don't want your pet to have access. We also provide pet bowls and a large dog bed for those traveling with pets.

We are just a few miles off HWY 210, which leads right into DC and is an easy connector to 495/Beltway to go into Northern Virginia or anywhere around the Metro DC area.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Piscataway Park. An arcade/game room is available. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a jetted tub.
