The adjoining kitchen with cozy dining area is very well equipped and also has an access to the balcony. Lower floor: the sleeping area is divided into 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom and a small room with a sofa bed for 2 persons. Enjoy this magnificent view at any time of the day from the large balconies that offer enough space for sunbathing and inviting you to enjoy your meals outdoors. The equipment is comfortable and above average. In addition to the large living-dining area and the kitchen you have 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and another small room with double sofa bed. Location, view, the high-quality equipment as well as its own sauna highlight the object in the 4-star area in Waldeck. They live in the house largely alone. Only the basement is inhabited by the landlady. The location is quiet on a residential street of Waldeck. The well-known "Urwaldsteig", one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the Waldecker Land, is right on the doorstep. A washing machine can be used for 5, - € per wash.
