-No events, parties, or large gatherings. If you cannot be respectful of the quiet hours and lake neighbors, this is not the vacation home for you
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-Additional fees and taxes may apply
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Rental Agreement must be signed by all guests before arrival
-The boat launch is not available for use by renters
-Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property
-NOTE: Ensuring your safety is our priority. We've installed Ring doorbell security cameras facing both front entrances, the driveway, and exterior areas like the back deck and dock/lake front areas. Please note, these cameras are exclusively positioned to monitor outdoor spaces and do not intrude upon any interior areas. Additionally, to maintain peace in the neighborhood, we've implemented noise monitoring devices both inside and outside the property to adhere to quiet hours.

Note: From mid-October to mid-May (varies each season depending on the level of the lake and weather), the lake is drawn down, and the dock area, swim raft, swimming, fishing, and picnic table boat may not be available during these times.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
