Ocean, Sunset, Mountain & Celestial Views

Enjoy ocean, mountain, sunset and star scape views from nearly every room in this family friendly, three bedroom and two bathroom house in Waikoloa Village, Hawaii.

The house includes everything you'll need on your paradise escape including a fully equipped kitchen, beach gear (e.g. boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers, beach towels and beach chairs) and Wi-Fi. We also provide bath towels, bed linens, soaps/shampoos, coffee, children's toys (age 3-7), a barbecue grill and outdoor seating.

The hosts live in the downstairs unit. The guest will occupy the upstairs unit which is completely private with a separate entrance. The only thing shared is the backyard.

The Rooms

The open kitchen, living and dining room have ocean and mountain views (from three sides). The vaulted ceiling brings in more natural light. A large deck with ocean views is right outside the living room. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and moonsets which seem to be unique each day. You will be mesmerized!

After the sun sets, relax in the comfy living room and enjoy the 55 inch smart TV and various entertainment (e.g. cable TV, board games, cards etc.). Don’t forget to look up and enjoy the stars, a very underrated beauty of Hawaii.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a view of the ocean and a private balcony with mountain, ocean and garden views. The room includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom and a 55 inch TV.

The two guest bedrooms have a comfortable queen bed, a 32 inch TV and share a full size bathroom. One of the rooms has a garden view.

There are two couches in the living room which convert into beds (each is a few inches wider than a twin). We also have a blow up bed located in the master bedroom's closet.

The large backyard has plenty of room to relax. At night, you can enjoy star gazing. About half the yard is a food forest (help yourself to ripe fruits/vegetables). There are several fruit trees including coconuts, limes, papayas, bananas and avocados.

We also have 2021 4runners (with the 3rd row, seating 7) and a Mini Cooper S Convertible available to be rented (on the Turo platform). Guests which book this home will receive an additional 10% off the car rental and 15% if two cars are booked. We can send the link after you book the home.

Please note, the house doesn't have central AC (but we do have 3 portable AC units). Waikoloa (which means windy in Hawaiian) has cool breezes and between the breeze through the screened windows and the fans, most people will be very comfortable. If you are used to having it very cold then our place may not be for you.

Facility cards are included which provide access to the community pool, discounts on golf fees, and access to tennis courts.

The home is on the second floor and we unfortunately do not have wheelchair access.

The house has c. 1750 square feet of living space and the entire property is about 5000 square feet.

Smart TV comes with complimentary cable TV access (Netflix, Hulu, HBO-MAX and Disney+) and high-speed wifi is provided throughout the house.

The backyard will be shared with the host and the garage will be unavailable but there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the house.

Renting a car is your best bet but ride services such as Uber and Lyft are also available on the Big Island.

We are available as much (or as little) as you need to make sure we achieve our mission of helping make your trip as smooth and memorable as possible.

Circuit breaker can be found in the laundry room.

Portable AC can be found in the closets of each of the bedrooms.

Relaxed, breezy and quiet neighborhood which includes a park, playground, skate park and hiking trails.

We are a five minute drive from a grocery store, restaurants, the Waikoloa Village golf club and Waikoloa Stables. We are centrally located on the Big Island near many of the must see sites (e.g. 15-20 minute drive from many of the top beaches and resorts, 45 minutes from Kona (32 minutes from the Kona airport), 25 minutes from Waimea and 80 minutes from Hilo).

A car is required. Park in either the driveway or in front of the house. The driveway is steep and may scrape the bottom of your car if you don’t have an suv or jeep.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Hāpuna Beach State Recreation Area. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Wonderful Getaway
The property is beautiful and peaceful with amazing views for sunsets and thunderstorms. The amenities were everything we needed. The rooms all have ample space and there was plenty of extras. The host was nice and friendly and communicative throughout the stay. The space is private. Had snorkeling gear which was fun! Easily would recommend and revisit.
