Welcome to Urban Myrtle Bungalow, one of the closest (if not the closest) accommodations to Magnolia Market/Silos. You are greeted with the warmth of this eclectic contemporary home from the moment you step in. Even though it is not a Gaines Fixer Upper, it has all the charm of one that you could ask for, including a kitchen feature wall with one of Joanna's first released tiles. Urban Myrtle showcases a reclaimed wood-and-white interior, a slight boho-chic aesthetic, an open-plan living/kitchen area, and AMAZING bedrooms and baths. The private completely fenced backyard includes an outdoor covered patio dining space and inviting fire pit, complete with a s'mores kit! It has been operating as a vacation rental since 2017 with nearly 400 5 Star Reviews across platforms.

Whether you are enjoying a Baylor football or basketball game, visiting all things Magnolia, taking in the many eateries and music options around town, or exploring one of the many adventures Waco has to offer, you will love coming back to the Urban Myrtle, named for the Crepe Myrtle trees that line the driveway and sidewalk. Our beautiful and thoughtfully decorated home boasts a range of amenities/features to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Each of our three bedrooms comes with luxurious mattresses, linens, robes, luggage caddy's, and a smart TV. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with an en suite bathroom and a deep soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom offers two queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom has one queen size bed and one twin xl bed and offers plenty of natural light from the many windows overlooking the back yard. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower separated from the vanity area. You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen, nice appliances, and a full size washer/dryer with plenty of supplies provided. Enjoy the bar and coffee bar stocked with K cups as you relax in the comfortable the living room. We offer self-check in with a smart lock on the front door and stress free/easy check out.

Beautiful home close to everything

This property is beautiful and perfectly located for trips to both the Magnolia Silos and Baylor. The home owner has thought of everything to make the stay memorable and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard and making smores with the firepit.

Magnolia Silo’s

Great stay one of the coolest houses

We spent a few days wish we could have stayed longer! This house was great walking distance to the Silos and a quick drive to everything else in Waco. When we return to Waco we will definitely stay at this house again.

There are hosts, and then there are hosts.

We came to Waco for a ladies long-weekend at Magnolia. If you're going to Magnolia you want to stay close to it because parking is going to be an issue. We were there 5/29 to 6/2 & I can't imagine what it would be like in prime season. Urban Myrtle is an excellent location for visiting Magnolia. There are also numerous restaurants you can walk to if you don't want to drive everywhere. Urban Myrtle is so homey and relaxing. After being gone all day it was nice to relax in the front room & watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need & then some. Multiple different coffee & tea flavors, water in the refrigerator, the s'mores package & a bottle of wine. I have been at a few properties now & Urban Myrtle is the best when it comes to special touches. I was asked ahead of time if there was anything we needed & they would see if they could get it there before we arrived. I asked for distilled water & it was provided which saved us a trip to the store. The bedrooms were nice & the beds comfortable. Both bathrooms were well equipt & it was very helpful having a sink separate from the second bathroom. You could also close the door between the kitchen & the back bedrooms to allow for more privacy. There were different toiletries to choose from, multiple towels & washcloths, spray for the pillowcases, just little special touches that you will not find at every VRBO. Also, checkout was the easiest I've ever had. Thanks for a great stay!

Magnolia House

This property has all of the beauty and charm you would expect in a house inspired by the Magnolia aesthetic. My family and I had a wonderful stay and our boys especially loved the s'mores kit! We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard with all of the lawn games they provided, walking to the Silos, and exploring all of the fabulous Magnolia shops. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Waco!

Magnolia with Mom

The property was perfect. My "crew" (Mom, sister,wife) loved the location, decor and overall "cuteness" as they described it. I had a chirpy smoke alarm and it was handled within an hour in the afternoon. Great communication. Perfect spot if want to "do" Magnolia. Very short and safe walk. Highly recommend.

Amazing host!!

My sisters and I took my mom to Magnolia to celebrate her 75th birthday. The house was perfect with every little detail thought through. Awesome Girls Weekend Place

We had so much fun staying at Urban Myrtle! It was so cute and decorated beautifully. It’s probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The amenities were very high end and you could tell the owner really put a lot of thought into what her guests would need and want. We’ll definitely be back!

Always a Magical Stay!

This is our go-to place to stay whenever we visit the Silos. It’s so beautifully decorated, spacious, and a minutes walk from the Silos. The backyard is so private and a great place for your pups to play. The host is wonderful and amenities are top tier. Can’t wait to return!!!

Everything about this place was perfect. The hosts thought of everything and more.
