We will definitely stay again!
They were more than accommodating for us. We needed handicap accessibilities, and they went way above and beyond to make sure we were able to comfortably stay and keep our loved one safe. Honestly, we never encountered one person, on staff or guest, that was not kind. Everyone seemed to all be kind and happy. We will stay here every time we come to visit.

We liked the luggage carts which helped move luggage in & out of the hotel. We were disappointed that the listing showed a hot tub, but there wasn’t one.

Everything was fine except too much light coming in at windows even with drapes drawn. Water in shower was dangerously hot and difficult to adjust. Bed very comfortable.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. My only complaint was being unable to get hot water. Both at the sink and in the shower, I got barely warm water. The breakfast buffet was nice, much more variety that in most hotel breakfast bars.
